Join us for the 2024 LCISD Band Spectacular! Band students from Lubbock-Cooper Middle School, Laura Bush Middle School, Liberty High School, and Lubbock-Cooper High School will showcase their talents in an evening of fine performances followed by a combined performance with all LCISD band students! All LCISD stadium policies will be enforced.

Covenant Health System provided a Lunch and Learn opportunity to LCMS and LBMS 8th graders. Students worked with healthcare professionals to learn about heart rate, blood pressure, respiration, and temperature. The program encourages students interested in the healthcare field to begin coursework in high school within the Health Science program, which can help them earn a national credential and begin working in the hospital! The LBMS Better Together Committee is celebrating Black History Month with a quiz highlighting trailblazing Black women who have made significant societal impacts and individual achievements! Students can research each woman on a list of names and match her with the attributes displayed on the large game board!

Due to inclement weather and the potential for increasingly hazardous road conditions overnight, Lubbock-Cooper ISD will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Monday, February 12. Buses will run on pavement only, also on a two-hour delay. We encourage drivers to utilize the delay to allow themselves plenty of travel time to campuses, and we urge drivers to be very cautious.
